Nothing on this website forms a legally binding agreement.

All paid services require a signed Client Service Agreement.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorised access to our systems

• upload harmful, malicious or automated content

• misuse any contact or communication forms

We may restrict or terminate access for misuse.

3. Our Services

ChainOps Talent provides:

• permanent recruitment services

• managed contract staffing

• rapid deployment and short term contractor support

• community moderation and operational support roles

• general advisory related to staffing and talent placement

All service details, fees and obligations are governed by separate written agreements.

4. Talent Applications

By applying to our talent pool and other networks, you confirm that:

• all information you submit is accurate

• we may contact you regarding opportunities

• acceptance into the talent pool is not guaranteed

• submission does not guarantee assignments or ongoing work

• we may remove you from the talent pool at our discretion

Contractors work with us as independent contractors under separate agreements.

5. No Employment Relationship

Use of this website, submitting an application or joining the talent pool does not create an employee relationship with ChainOps Talent.

Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, reporting obligations and legal compliance.

6. Payments and Fees

All pricing, payment schedules and service scopes are defined in the Client Service Agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for late or missing payments.

7. Non-Circumvention (General Website Rule)

By using our services, clients and contractors agree not to:

• bypass ChainOps Talent to work directly with one another

• attempt to avoid paying fees by contacting contractors or clients directly

• solicit, hire or contract individuals introduced through ChainOps Talent without written consent

This clause is expanded and legally binding in the formal agreements.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics and materials belong to ChainOps Talent.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any materials without written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, tools or service providers to operate parts of our website, process forms or support our operations.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies or content of any third-party websites or services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, ChainOps Talent is not liable for:

• losses relating to cryptocurrency, token prices or market volatility

• platform outages (Discord, Telegram, X etc)

• indirect, incidental or consequential losses

• lost profits, revenue or business opportunities

• service delays, interruptions or errors
