FAQs
For Workers / Talent
1. What is the ChainOps Talent Pool?
The ChainOps Talent Pool is a vetted network of professionals interested in working with
Web3 projects in non-technical roles such as community management, moderation, growth, research and operations.
2. How do I join the Talent Pool?
The process is simple:
- Complete our Operator Screening Form
- Attend a short WhatsApp audio interview
- If approved, you will be added to the ChainOps Talent Pool
The process usually takes around 30 minutes in total.
3. What do you look for in candidates?
We primarily look for:
• Professionalism
• Reliability
• Web3 knowledge
• Skill/experience
This could include moderation, marketing, research, operations or transferable skills from other industries.
4. Do I need Web3 experience?
Not necessarily. We also consider transferable skills from other industries as long as you demonstrate interest and understanding of Web3.
5. What happens after I join the Talent Pool?
When a project is looking for talent that matches your skills, we may connect you with them. The project may then conduct a more technical interview specific to the role.
6. What if I don’t pass the Talent Pool vetting?
We still try to give people opportunities.
Candidates may be invited to join our Ready to Deploy Network or Campaign Network where they can participate in activities such as community engagement, raiding, social promotion, part time gigs and support work for projects.
Consistency and strong performances in these networks will earn you promotion to our Talent Pool for long term opportunities.
